Improving critical thinking and problem-solving skills through POGIL combined with digital mind map

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary in the 21st century learning. However, initial tests of students' critical showed low scores. Therefore, purpose this study was to improve students’ through POGIL (Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning) model combined with a digital mind map based on online This uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) method following design Kemmis & McTaggart, which consists 4 stages, namely planning, implementing action, observing, reflecting. The stages consist orientation, exploration, concept formation making maps, applications, closings. research subjects were students class XI MIPA SMAN 2 Malang, totalling 28 consisted twenty girls eight boys. percentage achievement increased by 29.61% from 66.87% first cycle 86.67% second cycle. Problem-solving 22.16% 70.27% 85.84% results that learning could skills.
